At Highview Farm, we believe in sustainable and healthy farming. All of our animals get the best food, have plenty of room to do their thing, and live healthy lives, so we have no need of treating them regularly with hormones or antibiotics.

We make the most of what we have on hand, from the bounty of our garden which supplements the animals' feed, to composting the manure the animals produce, which benefit the gardens and fields. Other local farms and orchards help provide the corn, soy beans and even ground fall apples that contribute to the flavor components of our meats.

We take care of our land and our animals, and we stand behind all of our products. We also make a point to partner with farmers and other artisans, because we believe that farming is as much about cultivating community as it is about producing food.
