In the show's 'Nose to Tail Back to Belly' segment (broadcast Friday, November 5), owners Linda Geren and Michael McKay discuss their journey from animal lovers to farmers. The owners reveal their techniques for diversifying the farm and making it more sustainable. Linda pays special attention to the pig's diet while raising them for taste, and brings neighboring kids in to help for fun and education.
