Thank you for your interest in our products. All of our animals are raised humanely, given the best of food and pasture with no growth hormones of any kind. Our animals are processed by one of the few remaining family owned butchers, Bringhurst Meats in Berlin. High View Farm’s production is limited because we care about our products, our animals and our friends who consume them. This list represents product that is regularly in stock. The meat is USDA approved cryovack packaged and quick frozen. If you are interested in special cuts or items, please contact us, we will be happy to fill your custom orders on the next scheduled butchering date.
